01Do BD plugins work with my existing security or backup plugin?
Yes, but you usually won't want both running. Most overlap in scanning or scheduling, which wastes CPU and creates conflicting alerts. We recommend turning the old plugin off after you confirm BD's replacement is doing what you need.
02Are the plugins compatible with the latest WordPress and PHP?
Yes. Our team tests every release against PHP 8.1 through 8.5 and the last three WordPress versions before we ship.
03How much does a single plugin cost?
Single-plugin licenses start from $19/yr at the Starter tier. Professional and Agency tiers add more sites and the same full feature set. See the pricing page for the per-plugin breakdown.
04Can I install one plugin without buying the bundle?
Yes. Every plugin works standalone. The All-in-One bundle is a discount for people who want most or all of the line, not a requirement.
05Do the plugins send my site data anywhere?
No. The plugins don't transmit site content, user data, or telemetry to our servers. The only call out is the license check, which sends your key and site URL once a day.
06What kind of support do you offer?
Email support, replied to by the engineers who write the plugins. We don't outsource a tier-1 queue. Most tickets get a real answer inside a day.
07Do you offer refunds?
Yes, 30 days, no questions. If a plugin doesn't fit your stack, email us and we refund the license.
